Case Management 

We connect disaster survivors with trained Disaster Case Managers who provide individualized guidance throughout the recovery process. Case Managers work one-on-one with survivors to identify needs, navigate available resources, and develop personalized recovery plans — promoting stability, self-sufficiency, and long-term resilience.
